Sam is our resident ‘go-to’ for everything to do with first aid and manual handling. Not only is she hilarious, she makes training fun and memorable, and never a chore. Sam understands the importance of engaging her audience and getting the safety message across. Along with her 30 years involvement within Dublin Civil Defence, the majority of her free time has been dedicated to participating in training. Sam is a key member of our team of EHS experts.

Gemma Collins Doyle
Environmental, Health, Safety & Wellness Consultant
Gemma began working with EazySAFE as an EHS consultant at the beginning of 2016, but our relationship began years ago. Gemma has worked in a number of environments such as manufacturing, food & drink and pharmaceutical, so her areas of expertise span far and wide. Gemma is an asset to the team of EHS experts here at EazySAFE and a pleasure to work with. With a Certificate in Managing Safely in Construction (I.O.S.H) along with:

Jenny Collins
General Psychologist and Health and Safety Specialist
Jenny comes with extensive experience as a health and safety specialist working in a diverse range of industry from construction, manufacturing, retail, and entertainment. Her passion for expanding the definition of health and safety in the workplace prompted her to upskill in psychology and wellbeing where I achieved my B.A. and MSc. in Psychology. Jenny has refined her skillset in the areas of health, safety, psychosocial ergonomics, corporate wellness and creating a culture for Manager and Employee assistance in promoting holistic employee health, job satisfaction and talent retention. In addition to the traditional adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements in Health and Safety, Jenny believes gathering specific, context driven data from employers and employees, and applying it to scientific, evidence-based intervention, is crucial for creating a safe, positive, and engaging workplace environment and culture.

Andy Tilleard
Health and Safety Consultant
Andy has extensive experience working in safety offshore and has traveled extensively working in a range of safety roles and positions. When he’s not working with EazySAFE, Andy provides EHS support for oil majors in contract safety verification and compliance roles. This involves undertaking safety management auditing and inspections across a range of different standards and specifications (OGP432, IMCA, BSC Five Star, OHSAS 18001:2007). Andy is a published author on safety management systems having written “QuickWin Safety Management – Answers to your Top 100 Safety Management Questions” (ISBN 9781-9048-87416). He is also a Charted Member of the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety (CMIOSH) and a Full Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM) to boot!

Alan White
Wellness Consultant
Alan White is a second level teacher and Transition year Co-Ordinator, based in Cork. He has studied with the William Glasser Institute in the area of Choice Theory Psychology and is passionate about Mental Health and wellbeing. Alan sits on a working group of the HSE Suicide Prevention Office on the introduction of mental health maintenance in schools.

Lisa Quinn O’Flaherty
Legal Consultant
As well as being a Legal Consultant at EazySAFE, Lisa Quinn O’Flaherty is a solicitor in general practice at Fitzsimons Redmond in Dublin. She mainly practices in litigation and dispute resolution. In her workplace, Lisa is the lead for both the Law Society’s Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Charter and the Professional Wellbeing Charter. She is a Charity Trustee with mental health charity, turn2me. Lisa has had many legal articles published, including in the Hibernian Law Journal. Lisa is passionate about active citizenship. She was appointed a Climate Ambassador with An Taisce, a board member to a number of community organisations, and is a former secretary general of JCI Dublin. Lisa has been a finalist in two categories of the Irish Law Awards, and in the Lawyer of the Year category of the Early Career Awards. Her qualifications include:

Pat O’Brien
Environmental Consultant
Pat is a professional environmental scientist and has worked in industry and environmental consultancy for the past 40 years in Ireland, UK and beyond. Pat has considerable national international expertise in the area of IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention Control) / IED (Industrial Emissions Directive). As a result, he can assist with drafting IPPC permits in Ireland, development of IPPC self monitoring programmes, training of various EU Accession country environmental inspectorates in IPPC / IED environmental monitoring / inspection & enforcement. Pat is also well versed in implementing environmental management systems ISO 14001. In his spare time, Pat enjoys reading and stays active in the gym.
