The Learning Centre for Managers
Full management reporting means that managers can easily monitor the completion and success rates of training campaigns. Implementing the Learning Centre allows greater control over the measurement of risk. Administration
The Administrator can manage his/her employees’ training by creating and deleting users, assigning courses, tracking progress, preparing reports, printing certificates. The Administrator can follow and summarise efficiently the progress of each employee on a specific training course.
The Learning Centre for Trainers
Trainers have the option to design a training campaign with the help of EazySafe. This will run automatically and is managed by EazySafe. Alternatively, trainers can take the control themselves. This gives them the ability to upload users and assign courses as they wish or when hazards present themselves. Trainers can also have access to the Course Builder, meaning that they can tweak courses to suit their exact company needs.
The Learning Centre for Learners
The Learning Centre allows learners to logon to their own account which will store any courses which have been assigned to them. The courses are available in different styles depending on the nature of your business. Each course is developed with the aim of engaging the learner to encourage the highest information retention rates. Once the quiz has been completed successfully, users can print off their certificate.
