Bullying & Harassment in the workplace constitutes a real threat to the safety, health and welfare of the people at work. It pollutes the working environment and can have a devastating effect on the health, confidence and performance of those affected by it. This course was designed for individuals involved in any place of work where there are interactions with other staff members and/or the public.

Aim of Course

To provide participants with the information necessary to identify, prevent and deal with instances of bullying and harassment in their workplace.
