The events of September 11th 2001 focused the eyes of the world on terrorism. Indeed the devastating effects of July 7th 2005, coming less than 24 hours after London had won the bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games, made this threat a reality for us all. It shouldn't be assumed that all bomb threats are the work of terrorists determined to kill and injure innocent people. This scenario is thankfully uncommon. The vast majority of bomb threats are hoax but nevertheless employers should plan how to deal with them.

Aim of Course

The aim of this course is to increase participant’s awareness of Bomb Safety and equip them with the information necessary to deal with a bomb threat.
